WHAT SETS COLD BREW COFFEE APART FROM
ICED AMERICANO ?
Cold brew coffee is named for the method by which it is made, which involves steeping coarsely ground coffee in cold water for extended period, typically 12-24 hours. While traditional Iced Americano is made with espresso shots & bypass with water, typically within a few minutes.
Cold brewing method allows gentle extraction of flavours while not compromising caffeine from the coffee beans, producing a smooth, fuller & stimulating brew. Traditional Americano is brew with Espresso Machine – under high temperature & pressure allows a intensely acidic & bitter brew.

FOUNDER
Alan the Brewer/Founder of Cold Coffee Co, Back in 2018 was still a full-time student in University, was primarily fueled by coffee that last me semesters to come. In 2019, the passion for cold brew coffee has grew immensely, during the mean time it officially ignited the spark in me to pursue the journey for crafting the perfect cold brew coffee.
